Bites: Pink Velvet Chocolate
INGREDIENTES:
4 tazas de leche entera
1 ½ taza de chispas de chocolate blanco/ 2 barras de chocolate blanco
2 cucharaditas de extracto de vainilla
1-2 cucharaditas de colorante rojo para comida
Crema batida
Chispitas de colores
Hola!! Ya estamos cerquita del día de los enamorados y más importante de la amistad.
Y el clima esta como para estar apapachados, pero hablemos mejor de san Valentín!
Okay, no soy de las que celebran esta fecha porque me parece totalmente comercial pero quería una excusa para preparar algo rosa y lindo.
Que? Esta helado afuera… y nublado y la verdad creo que necesitamos un poco de color, diversión y una bebida caliente y deliciosa. Y que les parece un chocolate caliente rosa, creo que es la bebida perfecta para este día y muy romántica.
Bueno, a lo que veníamos.
Juntemos todos los ingredientes.
Agregamos la leche y chipas de chocolate en una olla y hacemos un baño maria hasta que se derrita y quede suave. Agregamos la vainilla y después le colorante hasta que quede rosa. Yo use una cucharadita de colorante rosa.
Ahora viene lo más rico vamos a llenar nuestros vasos y agregar crema batida y chispitas.
Ahora a disfrutar!! Y no se olviden de las chispitas le dan un toque divertido.

4 cups whole milk
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1-2 teaspoons red food coloring
Whipped cream, for topping
Pink sprinkles, for topping
Hey everyone! We are so close to V-Days! And well the weather calls for snuggles, I am moving on to Valentines Day!
Okay, I might not be the type of girl who goes crazy about Valentines Day but I really just wanted an excuse to make this cute pink velvet hot chocolate.
What?! It’s cold outside, very colorless and honestly, I just need a fun, warm and cozy drink in my life. So pink velvet hot cocoa it is! It’s the perfect warm and romantic drink to serve now through Valentines Day.
Okay, so here’s how you make it. It’s really simple
Gather up your ingredients. Add the milk and white chocolate chips to a pot and cook over low heat until melted and smooth. Add the vanilla and then the food coloring until your desired pink color is reached. I used around 1 teaspoon red food coloring.
Pour the drink in glass mugs and top with whipped cream and pink sprinkles.
Enjoy warm! And really, don’t forget the sprinkles. They just make life so much more fun.
